James L Reid (Principal) - Cost Segregation Advisor: 23+ year management career with broad industry experience, which includes internet, aerospace, government, banking, ecommerce, retail, television, and manufacturing. Responsibilities have included senior executive leadership roles and responsibilities of financial planning, vendor management, business planning, contract negotiations, sales and marketing support, project management, strategic management, and technology. All in large multi-billion dollar Entrepreneurial and Corporate companies such as NASA, Amazon.com, QVC, and Ann Taylor.
 
Visionary, inspirational, and decisive leader with exceptional project management, problem solving, analytical and “big picture” skills. Results oriented and able to successfully bring order to “chaos” in both technologically challenged and fast-paced environments. Extremely driven and highly regarded for broad range of knowledge, and delivering success through the development of high performance teams.
 
Mr. Reid holds a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida; an MBA from the University of Central Florida; and has completed all coursework for a Doctorate in Business Administration: Majoring in Corporate Strategy with a Minor in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.

Reuben Simmonds - Cost Segregation Advisor: 20+ year career in Management, Sales, and Entrepreneurship. Having proudly served in the United States Army, upon completing his tour of duty in Europe, Mr Simmonds built several successful businesses, one in the field of Auto and Marine paint rejuvenation. His customers included Sea World, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney World.
 
For the past seven years Mr. Simmonds has been a sales executive in real estate, where during five of the past six years he was the Top Agent.
